Our staff won’t have your contract details yet, so please just let them know you are having a casual look around before your upcoming appointment.

Within your contract with your builder, there will be a range of tiles available for you to choose from. Builder ranges usually include tiles with a Silver coloured BT Diamond sticker. As you browse around the store you may also notice Gold and Red coloured BT Diamond stickers, these are usually an upgrade. If you are not sure if the tile you love is in your range, we encourage you to take a photo and note the product code, so you can discuss it at your Selections Appointment.
Special Note:
Your builder may have standard tile sizes and finishes for you to select from. Tiles exceeding these sizes may attract additional labour costs, which can be quoted at the time of your scheduled selection appointment. Certain types of tiles traditionally incur additional laying costs due to special work required to be carried out by your tiler/builder. These costs include, but are not limited to, Rectified Edges, Porcelain, Mosaic sheets, Natural Stone, Glass, Decoration Features and Shapes.

If you are planning to tile additional areas in your new home with the same tiles, it is advisable to order them all at the same time to ensure consistency of shade.
Always keep a few spare tiles for repairs, just in case of any unforeseen damage!
