We can deliver tiles up to 300mm x 600mm in size to all Metro areas, often with 24 hours. The way it works is the samples are FREE, we’ll just charge you $25 to cover the freight and you’ll get that refunded back with any online tile purchase over $250.

For the last 60 years, Beaumonts have stood for providing quality tiles and our samples are no different. Forget deciding what you like based on tiny sample chips, with Beaumonts you'll receive full-size samples for tiles up to 300mm x 600mm and 450mm x 450mm in size.
Your tiles are a key investment in perfecting your dream space and full-size samples are key to choosing the right tiles. Full-size samples are the only way to see the variance, depth, and intricate detailing in a tile.
Samples are also available in-store at any one of our 110+ stores. Your local in-store team will advise you of their sample process upon your visit. Charges may vary by location.
Once you’ve received your samples, take them out of their packaging and inspect them. Look close up at the intricate detailing and step back and observe how this looks from afar. The full-size samples are key for inspecting the detail of the tile that is often missed in photos or distorted by computer monitor colouring. Feel the surface of the tile - quite often they have undulating or structured surfaces that must be felt to be truly appreciated.
Carefully take your samples to the room you are renovating or building - this is where having full-size samples is great.
You can now see the tiles where they will be potentially laid. Observe the lighting in the area and how it changes the look of the tile. View the sample in its potential location at different times of the day and under artificial lighting.
Bear in mind that if your tile has a high variation, it pays to see multiples together to showcase their unique character and demonstrate how they will look together.

How do I redeem my $25 freight charge?
We deliver free tile samples via our online sample service to all Metropolitan areas in Australia (excluding WA). A freight fee of $25 is charged and is fully refundable with an online tile purchase over $250 (inclusive of GST).
One sample order is up to 3 tiles of a maximum size of 450mm x 450mm or 600mm x 300mm. Due to increased freight costs, tiles of a larger size are unable to be sent to your door with our sample service.
Upon receipt of your samples, you will receive a Sample Order Number. Please store this safely.
To claim your refund with your online purchase, quote your Sample Order Number in the coupon section at checkout and the $25 will be taken off your total cost (tile order must be $250 (incl of GST) or more).
If outside a Metro area freight charges vary, therefore please call us on 1800 4 TILES to arrange your samples and a freight quote, or visit one of your local Beaumont Stores.
We endeavour to dispatch Metro samples within 24 hours.
Due to the impacts of COVID on certain areas of Australia, Australia Post have advised of delays in our usual 24-hour service for delivery of samples. We apologise we have been advised that delivery times will vary between 3 – 10 days in affected areas

Why do free tile samples cost $25?
We deliver free tile samples via our online sample service to all Metropolitan areas in Australia (excluding WA). The freight fee is $25 because tiles are big and heavy, but is fully refundable with an online purchase of tiles over $250 (inclusive of GST).
How many samples can I order with one order?
One sample order is for up to 3 tiles with a maximum size of 450x450mm or 600x300mm. Due to increased freight costs, tiles of a larger size are unable to be sent to your door via our sample service.
How long does it usually take to get my samples order?
We endeavour to dispatch Metro samples within 24 hours.

Can I return my tiles back to a store to get my freight refund?
No, our samples are dispatched from our centralised warehouses.
Can I swap my samples for another batch?
No, each sample order has a maximum of 3 tiles and incurs a freight delivery fee of $25. If you would like to continue looking at samples, simply order more or head in-store to see the tiles in person.
Can I use my $25 freight refund on bathroomware?
No, it must be used against an online tile order of over $250 (inc. GST)
What is the availability of tile samples in your collection?

Some advice on handling your tiles:
- Your safety is our priority, so please take care when handling your samples. Full-size samples may be heavy so please carry them responsibly.
- Take care when placing your tiles down to prevent any breakages. Tiles can become hazardous if broken due to sharp edges.
- We are a big family here at Beaumonts, but we don’t let our little people play with tiles and neither should you!
- When you have your samples and are testing their positioning in their given location, please keep in mind the slip and wear ratings as per the information provided with your delivery.
Our Hot Tip: You won’t get a feel for a tile’s pattern and design based on a small 100x100mm sample piece. Full-size samples are yet another reason to choose Beaumonts!
